Abstract:This study is based on a dataset of over 2 million electronic medical records (EMRs) to construct a comprehensive dataset of children's fever-related diseases and conduct multidimensional research and application exploration. Children's fever is one of the most common reasons for pediatric visits, and accurate and timely diagnosis is crucial for effective treatment and management. Recently, Mycoplasma pneumonia, which is prevalent in children aged 5 and above, has garnered widespread attention, with fever being one of its typical symptoms. To gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics and patterns of children's fever-related diseases, this study leverages the large-scale children's fever dataset to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of children's fever-related diseases, provide more accurate diagnostic guidance for clinical practitioners, and assist doctors in developing personalized treatment plans. Through this study, we aim to enhance the understanding of children's fever-related diseases and provide more effective support for ensuring children's health and well-being.
