Abstract: The classical Honda-Tate theorem says that abelian varieties up to isogeny over a finite field F_q are classified by the conjugacy classes of Weil-q numbers of weight 1. In this talk we present the analogous result for log abelian varieties over an fs log point. The talk is based on a joint work with Xiaoyu Zhang.
