Abstract:Given two homologuous Lagrangian spheres in a given algebraic surface, under what conditions are they smoothly isotopic? Borman-Li-Wu gave an answer for rational surfaces, where all homologuous Lagrangian spheres are smoothly isotopic. Based on their result and some tools from Hodge theory, we show that certain type of homologuous Lagrangian spheres in some non-rational surfaces are also smoothly isotopic. This is a joint work in preparation with Yilong Zhang.
